Well maintained. Partitioned for 3 ponies or 2 horses.

Horse area measures - 9ft 4” Long, 7ft 4” Wide, 7ft 8” Height.

Rubber flooring in horse area.

Unfitted living with lino flooring, 2 saddle racks and curtains, separate leisure battery. Lighting in living and horse area.
