What we offer.

As well as excellent facilities we also offer great training.

MEC is predominantly run by Susan Hobson. Not only is she a UKCC Coach Level 2, Sue has also competed at the Horse of the Year show and Olympia on several occasions and was a top junior young rider on the British Showjumping Circuit. Her extensive knowledge and experience is invaluable when it comes to showjumping and competition training.

Her daughter, Emily Hobson in the 'Graham & Tina Fletcher talent spotting competition' at the Great Yorkshire show ground. Beating over 40 competitiors to the title.

Tina said "I could tell Emily was special from the moment i saw her trot around"

Emily is very experienced in riding youngsters.She is also the Trailblazers 105cms Champion. She competes at all levels.

We have spaces for competition livery, the opportunity to have your horse competed BS by a capable rider with top results.

 

MEC offers a wide range of facilities including a large indoor arena (measuring 220 feet by 70 feet), and a large indoor collecting area.  A large gallery seating approximately 150 people overlooks the main arena.  Regular shows are held and details can be found on our Forthcoming Events pages.  MEC also offers a thriving saddlery and feed store on site which supplies all horse essentials at competitive prices.

The Centre also offers competition training and liveries.
